The owner is very nice, he always charges a fair price to tune up my wheels each season. I like that he talks down to earth while I am waiting for the repair to be completed. I have yet to purchase a bike from here but I think my next one will come from here

Mark is a great guy. He knows bikes and he lives bikes. Great customer service and good prices. Support your local bike shop!

This is the type of shop where you'd want to break your bike on purpose just so you would have an excuse to visit. One could describe Tri City as the Cheers of bike shops where Mark (the owner) knows everyone's name. I would love to say Mark is down to earth but in reality I'm not so sure he's really from this planet. This guy has lived through the Vinyl, Pong, and even the MTV era without missing a beat. His knowledge of bicycles will take a backseat to his vast understanding's of the universe and obscure musical acts. Did I mention BEER?

Mark knows bikes inside and out but he also knows people and contributes to his neighbors. Super cool guy and wonderful human being

Cannot thank TCB enough for their help. The folks at the shop were extremely helpful to my wife and daughter when they were purchasing a Surly fat bike for me. The staff asked all of the right questions about my height, weight and riding requirements and was able to put me into the correct sized fat bike. We live over an hour away from the shop and have a huge number of bicycle shops in my area but drove to Rochester because of their status with Surly and we were not disappointed. Knowing that we are an hour away I have contacted the shop via social media and they also have been very responsive. I am looking for a second fat bike for my son and without a doubt will be making the trip back to Rochester....plus my 17yo daughter says that they have a cool looking shop with all of the stickers and T-Shirts.
