Whatever went wrong they were honest and did everything they could to keep me happy. It's a used car dealership and I bought a used car. Overall I would recommend them and I am very glad I got the extended warranty.
They do their best to get you into a car you can afford an that's a good car !!!
Not a great experience here. Spent my entire day here trying to get approved for a vehicle. Filled out all the credit application paperwork by 11:30am, went back around 1 to find out they didn't put the paperwork though yet. 45 minutes later they ask me to put a partial down payment (which was fine) they then apparently put the credit app through. Fast forward... Not approved (still fine) days later I am approved at another dealership just to find that this dealership only gave me half of my deposit back.... When I call back today they were fully aware of the mistake but literally did not apologize once! Very unprofessional. Now I'll be waiting another day for my card to be cleared up...
Terrible experience just a bunch of con artists trying to steal your hard earned dollars bought a 2009 Subaru Impreza here and within two weeks i was having problems with the transmission making noise now 2 months later the problem is fixed no thanks to them or their warranty company. When talking to josh who sold me the car about the problem it is hard to tell if he doesn't know what he is talking about or just trying to get rid of you he told me the grinding noise was because the transmission fluid was never changed which was a flat out lie it was a bearing as I expected. I will never be back to this dump. Hope you guys learn from my mistake waited a month before posting a review hoping they would make it right but that isn't going to happen.
