I am renting cars for business several times a month all over the US.
I have rented a lot of cars from National in the past this time required to use Enterprise. I called ahead 9 days to reserve the car. When I went to Wolfeboro, NH to pick up the car they only had one car left. It was covered in snow, it took 45 minutes for them to bring me the car the car was dirty inside, dirt all over the carpet and spilt coffee on the dash, and had only 1/4 tank of gas. When I asked about this the comment was " that's how we do it in the 'burbs' go to the big city if you want a clean car full of gas. Next time I'll look for other options.

Was vary excellent was nice to get ipgrade free
But really wanted vehicle that I placed order for two days of pick up had heart set on it was little down about it but at time had no choice
Vehicle was nice and clean as office person vary helpful got lost getting there counter rep vary helpful getting me there on time before closing and they where vary patient kind

They never answer the phone. I couldn't get a rental because of the horrible phone system.
Enterprise in Rochester, NH is a top place to get your car. The staff is super nice, they have a great selection of cars and the service is excellent. I also love the fact that they pick you up and bring you home after you return the rental.
