Not worth $13, there was no blowers when exiting the car wash station so my car now has water spots... My windows are very streaky and look worse than before. Not impressed.
1.Took my money (no receipt given). 2. Damaged my car. 3. Didn't get the wash I paid for! I spent $20 on the Ultimate wash. First, no receipt came out of the machine. I then proceeded into the wash and the soap was sprayed onto the car. The moving sprayer then hit the car hard enough to shake it and scuff the paint. The wash then shut down and I was forced to wash it by hand spending MORE money. There is only one phone number posted on the building and it goes to a voicemail which is not being monitored. DO NOT go to Lilac Car Wash, they are clearly absent from their own business!
One of the machines was broken to order your wash. Sprayers are covered in mold.
I think it is over priced. Somewhat convenient.
Somewhat pricey, but the best car wash in the area. I always think back to what I've come to expect to pay the car wash, but of course my thinking dates back over 20-something years. I recently considered washing my car at home, and by the time I purchase the soap and everything else I needed, I would end up spending a lot of time and money. They do offer discounts, which admittedly, I never remember to sign up for. Either way, they get an A for effort, it's the best maintained car wash that I have seen in the area, and I have been to quite a few in the area.
Good prices, however I still had dirt on my windshield after paying almost $20!!!
