Hq told us that some chairs were in stock, but when we showed up, there were none. What a waste .....

I like this location, recently went to Newington to see if they had anything different and I couldn't even shop because of how messy all of the clothing was. Recently I forgot my kohls cash at home :( but the staff helped me download the kohls app and I was able to get everything I wanted and use my kohls cash. Thanks guys.
I had to find a second vacuum in the store, cancel the online transaction, and purchase the vacuum in the store.
Also, since this policy was not verbalized until my pick-up attempt, take steps to promote customer awareness.
My suggestion to Kohls is to modify that policy to at least allow the cardholder to receive the merchandise.
My wife ordered a vacuum online but Kohl's policy prohibited me from picking it up because I was not on the "pick-up" list. Even though my credit card was used for the transaction.
