I wanted to like this Staples so much. I used to frequent the Newington location, but I moved, and this one was closer. I've come in several times to print things, and have had zero help, despite asking for it. It's as if the people that are working there know absolutely nothing about the products and services they offer. Literally, every question I asked was met with a blank stare. If you need something printed, I hope you've set up everything exactly how you want it, because apparently all these people know how to do is click "print".
Looking for a printer cable, which a sales associate helped me find easily. I mentioned finding one online for clearance price, he showed my how to use the kiosk to order for the online price, which saved me $17, also had it shipped directly to my home so also saved me shipping costs. Awesome service.
Clean, pleasant, friendly. Helpful staff. I was there for general office supplies that I could not locate anywhere else. I do not have experience with their electronics section (new laptop, etc.).
