Arrived at the usual Sunday store opening time of 7am. The parking lot was full but the doors would not open. Then I noticed a barely visible sign mounted high above the entrance doors indicating that the store would open an hour later because of an "employee meeting". Who is the corporate genius who made this decision? You couldn't start the employee meeting an hour earlier so as not to inconvenience customers (me and many others) who expect the store to open at the usual time? Home Depot has my business now. Lesson learned? Do not needlessly annoy your customers.
After many and fairly frequent trips here I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Any time I've had any issues they've made it right. Excellent service. Competitive prices. Good selection of stuff and things.
While for the most part the employees are helpful, Lowe's online ordering has been a big headache. I understand there's a limited space for larger items but why I have to wait 10-15 minutes and first time was nearly 20 minutes was beyond me. Smaller items are never ready whenever I get a notification that it's "ready". If it's ready to be picked up, it should AT at the counter ready to be picked up. I stopped doing online ordering and just go into the store checking the stock first at this point. It's pretty disappointing to say the least. Only Best Buy has rock solid online ordering process in the local area so far. Please fix this Lowe's. We've spent closed to $2,000 recently and wish this area could improve which would save us on time!

I find the employees at Lowe's to be a little more helpful then almost all Orange hardware stores(HomeDepot) Employees are. I think the price to quality ratio is better as well. The store has an overall better layout which allows me to come in grab what I want and get out really fast. The only thing that ever slows me down here is other customers and that's not the fault of Lowes!
