I went in there to ask if they could put the back cover of my watch on. I did not buy the battery there. The lady was very nice. She did tell me if something happened to the crystal that they couldn't be responsible. I told her that was fine. She got it on with the help of a tool in less than a minute. She would not take any money. I would definitely consider buying something there. I trust their integrity. She could have taken advantage but didn't.
