They have failed to have the following things either in stock or available: Reptile plants, aquarium 40 and 55 gallon screen covers, aquarium tank screen locks, live feeders (mice/rats), xxl-xxxl sized dog jackets/coats, cypress mulch.
I have never been so disappointed in a store in my life. Everytime we give this store a chance over petco, they let us down.

Those are just he specific things I remember being let down by on multiple occasions. I’ve given this store SO MANY chances and everytime it has failed. If I could give two thumbs down I would. Horrible inventory, horrible stock. I live so close to this store it is such a disappointment, just go to Petco by the market basket plaza in Rochester instead.
Called ahead to see if they had some specific Betta medication that you apply to the Betta's water. They did! As I went in to find it a nice young man had it already taken off the shelf and waiting for me in the fish department. I'd shop here more often but the dog food prices are way too high. I mostly only go for their toys and such since they have a great selection that's pretty affordable. I just wish they had more small animal toy options.
The staff was nice, but my husband and I were very unhappy with the grooming job that was done on our Yorkie. His face wasn't washed, his ears were all chopped up and crooked and basically it looked as though he didn't even get groomed. This was our 3rd time bringing him here and the 1st time I've been disappointed. Not so sure we will return.
Save yourself the trip and go to petco down the street.
Screwed me twice on specials then told me when I complained it was because I didn't sign up for their "Pet Perks" card. TS-they are not getting my personal info and we will never do business again. Enjoy the 2 free fish you promised and screwed me out of you bastards.
