If you press them for this information, they'll just print out the information available on the account management page from their website and call it a day. Don't even bother, join a credit union, doesn't matter which one, just *any* credit union or bank other than this one. Citizens bank is probably one of the worst banks in the US when it comes to *basic* customer service.
These guys are big on nickel and diming you. Awful.
This particular branch is god-awful. The tellers are incredibly rude, and are incapable of answering even basic questions such as "When was the information on this transaction received?"
